Hello everyone!

My name is Sophie. I was adopted last February and am enjoying my new life.

Nobody knows much about my life before adoption. The only info they have on me is that I am between the ages of 2 and 4, my name use to be Sparkles and I had at least 1 litter of puppies. I am also a little bit timid with women at first and unsure of what I am suppose to do with dog toys. There is some speculation that I was mistreated, because I get scared and shake really easily!

Since adoption I have discovered that I love cuddling, playing with my brother Einstein and going on car rides (especially if the car ride is to Petco). I am so happy that I was adopted and don’t have to stay in a shelter anymore! I love my parents very much and I am so happy to have a forever home!

So I guess it is the season…

So I have definitely had Brad Paisleys song ” Ticks” on my mind for the last day or 2…

I found a tick on myself yesterday for the first time since last summer…it was TRAUMATIC!!!( Ok…I’m a little dramatic!)

So today I went on a cleaning rampage…scrubbing the house top to bottom! I also took the dogs to be groomed and checked out, because I am sure they drug the critter in. No matter how much Frontline I apply to the pets…this is an issue every year.

The Dogs do look fantastic after the grooming they received this morning…check em’ out!
